Information about Returning Products
Damaged or Product Exchange
If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please notify FramingAchievement within 30 days of receiving your product. You can do this by contacting us via email at email@example.com.
No Returns on personalized items or custom products. Personalized items are considered custom imprinting such as Class of xxxx, names, dates, engraving personalization plate, etc....Custom size mats, personalized poetry gifts and clocks, signature personalized wedding mats or custom size frames are not returnable.
Item must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods.
Although most of our poetry gifts, engraved clocks and diploma frames are custom made, we will accept product exchanges or returns on Non-personalized items. A 20% Restocking Fee for Returns or Exchanges on products without Personalization. You pay the shipping to us and pay for the reshipping of the exchange product.
When the item is returned in its original condition with all original packaging, your credit card will be credited for the price of the purchase and any taxes, excluding shipping costs. If the return is due to a FramingAchievement error, the return shipping charges will be waived.
Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
When contacting us, please provide the following information:
1) Order number or Shopper ID number
2) Item ID and Item Name
3) Description of damage or defect (Was outside box damaged? How, where, and in what way was the product damaged? Please be as clear and specific as possible...)
Your request for the replacement of a product must be submitted within 4 business days of delivery.
